1. Do you have a return policy?
Yes, we have a generous return policy. If you are unhappy about your purchase, or simply want to just get your money back, contact rubyknightinfo@gmail.com. We request that you ship the product, we will analyze for damages and refund your full order and the cost of shipping the product back to us (provided you have a receipt).
2. What is the general shelf life for your consumable products (sauces, rubs, salts, etc.)
About 2-3 years.
3. Do you ship outside of Canada?
Not at this moment; potentially 2027.
4. Do you offer corporate gifting options?
Yes. Bulk orders can be made by contacting rubyknightinfo@gmail.com.
5. Do your sauces, spices, and salts need to be refrigerated after opening?
Sauces must always be refrigerated after opening. Salts and dry rubs are not required to be refrigerated. Follow instructions on the product labels if available.
6. Where can I buy Ruby Knight products?
Currently, www.rubyknight.ca is the only reliable way to purchase products. We offer our products at various local markets and events around the Kitchener, Ontario area. We will be expanding into local small retail shops in 2026. The best prices offered to consumers will generally always be rubyknight.ca.
